My missus makes her own, and family have now started to make it too, so we swap jars, and are never without.

But my missus's is the best as agreed by all, she has the magic touch handed down by her Grandmother Lily (the name I shall name my daughter if blessed).

She varies the heat, but sometimes it is hot Hot HOT, but tasty aswell.

I had a teaspoon of some crazy sauce at a friends house as a dare, someone had already had a pinch and managed to hide his discomfort. So pissed up, I ate it. Had to go and lie down on the sofa for two hours, even had a little cry, my eye and ears were burning and even my neck hurt. It had 'devil' in the name, I'll never disrespect the chilli again.

I was watching Market Kitchen and they were taste testing several hot sauces - that Blair sauce was one of them.

Oddly enough, the one that had them all gagging was one of the lowest on the Scoville scale.
