What's the best Pogues Song?

Thousands Are Sailing atm.

otherwise:
Sick Bed of Culcullan(sp?), Pair Of Brown Eyes, Rainy Night in Soho, Fairytale, If I Should Fall From Grace With God,

Another vote for Rainy night in Soho, but Thousands are sailing very close behind.

It's easy to say "A Rainy Night In Soho", but I will anyway. A classic. "Sally Mac", "If I Should Fall", "Boys From Cty Hell" and "Thousands" not far behind.
Watching "The Wire" fairly obsessively recently has reopened my eyes to the glories of "Transmetropolitan" and "Body of an American" too.

Do it - it'll take at least four episodes to get hooked, but once you're in, you're in for good. "Transmetropolitan" soundtracks a drunken wrecking spree by a cop, and "Body" a police wake. Really intelligent, intricate drama.

Just switched from Bowie to Pogues so thread bump.
Seen them so many times (cheers Steve for the big intro) that I can't choose one.

A Pair of Brown Eyes
Sally MacLennane
Misty Morning, Albert Bridge
Rainy Night in Soho
Dirty Old Town (lest we forget)

Streets Of Sorrow/Birmingham Six
Rainy Night in London
Boys From the County Hell

and, if i'm honest, Fairytale of New York:

It was Christmas eve babe
In the drunk tank
An old man said to me, wont see another one
And then he sang a song
The rare old mountain dew
I turned my face away
And dreamed about you

Wonderful.

i have to agree, as much as i love loads of their stuff, thats my favourite too...:)

Year?
They are my most watched band since my first gig in 89/90 and seen them every year ever since.

Seeing them at BDs this year :)
