I love the GTO; it's absolutely beautiful. But is it really fair to call it a production car, in the true sense of the word? What did they make? 40?
nah its a fair point. I'd do absolutely anything for one though.![]()
Land Rover Defender 90 has my vote.
those are pretty meaty but if i could afford it i'd have the merc G55 instead.

ugghh hideous. Looks like something from Chrysler. How could they make that, after having made this:In terms of newer cars, I'd probably go with Aston Martin

I like the Ferrari 250 GT SWB, the Merc and Corvette convertibles.

*thumbsup*
cos they aren't production cars which would need to be a road going 50 in order to qualify under FIA rules as any decent petrol head fule noe...There is a very worthy contender that so far hasn't been featured on this thread and will no doubt cause any true petrolhead to do a sex wee at the mere thought of driving one, let alone actually owning one.
Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you the finest and most successful sports racing car that the Jaguar company ever produced, a multiple Le Mans 24 Hours winner...
May I present for your consideration, the 'D' Type Jaguar:

Are any of these 'production cars'?
Eh? Eh?

what about these great aussie cars

After the Allegro Estate obviously.

What about them?
They're not exactly lookers are they?

read the title....thought it was greatest production cars not best looking cars.
