The remains of an oil refinary, including oil, tetraethyl lead pond and asbestos. Also dogs, tortoise, stork and sun sun sun.

Not for long though!
After a few years waiting for our landlord to sort out repairs, listening to his lies and excuses, and putting up with half-finished botched jobs... he's decided to chuck us out, do up the property AFTER WE HAVE LEFT (using the money we've paid him in rent no doubt) and rent it out agian for a couple of hundred quid extra per month
