    neonwilderness What would Badgers do?

I bottled up my home made sloe gin last night, so I'm testing a glass of that. It's a little bit too sweet, but I'll drink it anyway :D

Hardy's sauvignon blanc from Lidl. Apparently it has won gold medals :)

Aldi's "Fleurie" - another disappointment - the subtle flavour is swamped by the acidity with the after-taste being like cheap Chardonnay :(

  5. Chocoffee with squirty cream on top

Not so much what is in your glass but what you could have in your glass for buttons

Amazon are currently knocking out 18 of some fine fine (low end but still adequate drinking) whisky/whiskey deals in a lightning sale

Amazon.co.uk: Save Over 1/3 Across Our Best Selling Whiskies: Grocery

Fill your boots at those prices you could bathe in it :D

    Seriously, give it a try.
I've had some real fine wines on my days out on company expenses and this is up there with the £30 bottles for flavour, body and smoothness. ;)

Last night it was a Lidl white with a slightly snigger-worthy name: Falanghina :D I only bought it for the name but it was actually very good indeed.
