I'm not sure what you mean by overdoing the aub. parm. If you mean you made too much, then I sympathise. It's a bit of a bastard when you don't have many people to share your food with either, as per my situation. The coley dish: I nicked the herb-crusted salmon recipe off the BBC recipe site (there was no salmon left at the shop), and the creamy broccoli bake is on there as well.
