'Someone' stole all my chocolate pudding last night. :mad:

For dinner today we had spinach-and-chicken wok, which tasted way better than it sounds. :D (((spinach)))

I'll get the recipe for you....going back to her place in a few hours and i'll post it here. The only thing is the marinade has to be made 24 hrs ahead.

don't know what we're having :( I feel a bit ickle and sad tbh and really can't be arsed to cook

might be takeaway but dunno

gnocchi, mushrooms, broad beans and mascarpone. Then my next tea is toasted muffins with gruyere and onions. Pudding is shop bought chocolate sundae
 
We're having a new kind of takeaway tonight. Stuffed vine leaves, Greek salad, a veggie burger and a pepperoni pizza :D This place needs to be good, we're running out of takeaway options and the kitchen light still isn't fixed.
 
one pan chicken, sausage & sage bake

1 lemon halved
2 small onions, peeled & quartered through root ends
0.5 cup pure olive oil
2 tsp dry mustard
1 tblsp dried sage
1 tblsp worchesterschire sauce
freshly ground pepper
one 4lb chicken cut into 10 or 12 pieces (leave most of skin on)
kosher salt
12 sweet italian sausages
2 tblsp chopped fresh sage

Squessze lemon halves into a large resealable plastic bag. cut each lemon half into 4 pieces and add to the bag along with the onions, olive oil, mustard, dried sage and worchestershire sauce; season with pepper. seal bag and squish the ingredients toether until well mixed. add chix pieces to teh bag and coat evenly. refridgerate overnite....

preheat oven to 425 degrees . let chix stand at room temp for 30 minutes. pour contents of bag into large roasting pan. turn the chix pieces skin side up and season with the salt. arrange sausages around the chix and sprinkle all over with the fresh sage. bake 1 hour until chix and sausages are browned; turn sausages halfway thru cooking time. transfer chix, sausage, onions and lemons to a large platter and drizzle with some or all of the pan juices.

may be served by itself or over steamed white rice....

i had pasta with vegtable sauce. was ok, but i am still hungry. is it breakfast time yet? i want it to be breakfast :mad:
 
I had a storecupboard tea of cod (from the freezer), baked with tomato and chili sauce (from a jar), roasted peppers (also from a jar) and black olives. Served with couscous and steamed savoy cabbage. It was OK.
