On a bit of break...
Couldn't be arsed tonight so Blind Lemon had sausage sarnies but last night was a good 'un...bought cooked pork from the Chinese supermarket and beansprouts. Fried onions and garlic in sesame oil in a wok while I cooked some rice....added frozen petit pois, five spice powder, chilli flakes, pickled ginger, the pork cut into small bits to the onions, cooked for a bit stirring all the time then added the beansprouts, cooked and stirred for a bit more, added soy sauce, took off the hob and then stirred in the cooked rice...went down very well......

I also had a glass of ginger beer with the juice and flesh of two limes in it, and a pomegranate. WHAT HAVE I BECOME?
Brings back memories!

I forgot to my chicken out the freezer this morning, so have no idea what to cook tonight... unless you can defrost chicken in the microwave? I never have before
