Usually a poached egg on toast, sometimes a small portion of beans on toast with a bit of cheese on top, sometimes peanut butter or marmite on toast....sometimes pitta and tara/houmous...sometimes a halloumi and houmous and olive and salad wrap....once a week a full english (or rather a variation of...) or a croissant....on a cold, cold morning banana porridge and during the summer a mixed fruit lassi.

I never really ate breakfast till a year ago, but I couldn't do without it now!

Most days I have cereal when I get to work - Shreddies at the moment, sometimes Cheerios or Weetabix.

Weekends I am less good - either toast, bacon sandwich or a full fry up (not very often on the latter though).

I've bought Ready Brek for weekends but I can never be bothered to make it.

Sometimes I eat a whole box of Farleys Rusks with hot milk. :o

Can't you get them from Tesco with your weekly shop?

More like every couple of days ...

... Unfortunately for my waistline it's 50 yards from my front door so I consider it an extension to my larder - and I'm most peeved that they've just decided to move everything around without asking
On the plus side, there's now a rack of Polish, Greek and West Indian delicacies. :)

No. The crunchy PNB (sans palm oil) comes from Holland and Barnett, the yeast extract from Wild Oats (which is run by new age types and has an excruciatingly "Sunday Supplement"-type clientèle :p ), and the tea has to be ordered online from Yorkshire ...

Blimey, I didn't know Wild Oats was still going. Do you remember that restaurant they used to have on Whiteladies Road (I think?) I used to go there quite a lot in the 1980s.

Tesco value crunchy peanut butter doesn't have palm oil BTW. It's got Dextrose and vegetable fat in it though.

I took my first (seriously scary) g/f to the restaurant once .. :( :(

I'm buying kilo tubs of basically crushed nuts - though I noticed last night as I was tucking into it with a spoon that one variant has salt in :o

A cup of tea and some homemade granola. I'm going to have some raspberries in a minute.

Just had a bowl of tesco crunchy cereal with bits of coconut in it. It was nice but my jaw aches now :(

My breakfast/lunch is likely to be scrambled egg on toast. Haven't got out of bed yet though.

There's also some prawn curry in the fridge, but I can't eat spicy food early in the morning.

i had museli with blueberries and chopped bannana on top. Yum yum.
I've also had my mid morning snack of homemade cake made by one of the students from work. Also yum yum.
Soon it will be lunch time.
Food rules
