I've also treated myself to an expensive wine, to be opened at some point after I've had the baby. It's called Chorey-Les-Beaune and it's going to taste amazing with a big slab of Brie and some duck pate. I can't wait

Anyone got an idea of how long an open bottle of Grand Marnier will keep for..?

Because I'm four glasses-in to that bottle that's been lurking at the back of the drinks cabinet for fuck-knows how long but was probably a bit old back when this thread was started.

Still, it eems to be going down well enough on a cold night!

Also found a bottle of Gordon's Gin back there with a label that's turned yellow - but that's not been opened yet, so probably just fine!

It’ll keep pretty much indefinitely. It’s sugar and alcohol. There might be some evaporation.
