He too is drinking the fermented grape it would seem:)
1. "Islamist" is a Western invented term and as such not only ridicuously pointing out Wester ignorance, but on top of it its intented connotations have no single elation t me, personally.
2. I am effectively drinking a sparkling variety of fermented grapes, but I don't think the expermient (to get effectively drunk) is working out as I expected.

salaam.

processing photos and editing video
the photos are in raw format and it's taking longer then I expected
I had intended to finish it at 8 or 9 but I'm running very late
I've had a glass of wine and feel kind of tired.
I think I'd better stop soon and get up early to finish it
*yawns*

The problem being that I am not drunk.
I read once that if you are not used to consume alcohol, you are somehow much more vulnerable to its effects.
I seem to be an exception on the rule.
Again.
What's new.
Ha.

salaam.

You'd be surprised how many supermarkets, concert venues etc are old railway buildings of one sort or another: closed stations, engine sheds...

Down here we've a few, an old substation which used to power trams now a gallery, an old tram shed an ambulance store, and Pleasurama amusement arcade in Ramsgate used to be a terminus, until a mysterious fire transformed it into a development prospect for one Jimmy Godden.

Sleeping mostly

Then I got up and had breakfast that consisted of coffee and ginger snaps

Cleaning up, making silk papers for brooches and hairclips, cooking scrambly eggs toast and a fuck off big jug of coffee (2 days in a row - watch out Penwith :D) wrestling with a spreadsheet to work out how much money we have a week when the paymenst in are every 4 weeks and the payments out are calendar monthly

I never mentioned Islamist in relation to you Bro, just the fermented grape:)

Shukran

Had shower, did hair, went hairdressers, got hair washed twice more, had it cut by someone other than my regular, she managed to get it wrong, despite regular handy hints, bought food, came home, washed hair, looks better.

Scoffed bacon eggs and toast as a pre-pub measure, drinking tea, and smerking spliff :)

Went shopping (I hate it when they have little boy scouts at the end of the tills doing the packing. I can never say no but they really get on my nerves!). Unpacked all the badly packed shopping. Had lunch, helped little one put his game on the playstation (a major achievement for me). :)

Ho hum..... tried to sort out music on mp3 player - gave up :o . Dropped daughter at mates after going to cash point to get money for aforementioned daughter to go to the fair with aforementioned mate. Came home and demolished and enormous (I mean REALLY enormous) bowl of raspberries with greek yoghurt and honey.

Now about to try again to sort out the 3500 track chaos on the mp3 player.

just eaten some chicken and salad.
washing some clothes.
and once that's finished, will be going into town for a couple of cold beers and simon munnery at soho theatre.

I know, it was someone else, but a few bottles of Champagne is not enough to knock my brain into delerious apathy...so it seems.
Although I have the feeling that I'm dehydrated I don't think that caused my headache this morning. It must be related to the fact that I only slept two hours after desperately trying to get drunk while writing on U75.
And before someone asks what on earth a Muslim like me was seeking in The Bottle of Satanic Grapes: I figured out for myself that such testcase experiment couldn't take place without the needed subsance.
I was re-reading my posts of last night and with exception of one I made in this very thread where I seem to have reached the famous point of feeling sorry for myself, they look as familiar chaotic as ever to me. My sadness that the the experiment failed can't be put in writing, obviously.

salaam.
