I might go to the mature student talk and the hints and tips on doing an MA talk... but I'll have to wait and see how busy I am. I register on the Wednesday. To be honest, communication with SOAS has been extremely difficult so I'm not entirely clear on the whole major/minor thing...
ah. just looked it up and it says:
Students take three taught courses, one of which is considered a major, and complete a 10,000 word dissertation related to the major.
Which means, worryingly, I'm not even sure which is my major...
frankly the main problem is that I've moved my entire living room and hall into my office as we're getting new floors and all my paperwork etc is buried under enormous piles of books, CDs, bookshelves and various other furniture.
I'm fully aiming to get my act together next week though...
