Why won't they go with the skirt? I even zoomed in on the skirt and flicked back and forth but I'd try them on together before dismissing them tbh.

Moomoo - big floppy trousers like wot everyone else said, but make sure they are not see-through! Is it actually possible to have white trousers and not have VPL? Thongs just make it worse IMO because it's bleeding obvious there's a thong involved.

I've found a turquoisey colour v neck jumper, which although is a bit boring, is a good fall back option

also found some quite nice shoes in M&S too, some browny ones that I would wear after this wedding which rocks
