A football signed by the Manchester United Premiership winning team in '96

Edit: Before its pointed out David Beckham was in that team, his signature is the only one not on it.

Is that why you hate Beckham :D

I've got Spit the dogs autograph :D

I've got a t-shirt signed by the Stranglers. It was supposed to be signed on the back, but it ended up being signed on the front with me in it  .

I've also got an Pakistan V WIndies cricket programme signed by some of the greats - Viv Richards, Richie Richardson, Imran Khan, Wasim Akram et al.

Stacks of signed albums and posters inculding Shihad, Feeder, Spice Girls, Bathory and tons more. It's quite a mix.

a bunch of Julian Cope stuff - both of the autobiographies, and a couple of albums. First Hawkwind single, some Gong thing signed by Nik Turner. Fairport Convention programme & Michelle Shocked ticket.

Couple of other books too, I think.

I have a rugby ball signed by the scottish rugby team circa 1992. Tat i won in a school raffle.....

The first thing i ever won :)

I used to write off to loads of bands and celebs for autographs in my teenage years, combined quite nicely my love of celebrity at the time with my love of getting post.

Too many to list, but got people like elton john, roger taylor from queen, pete best (original beatle) and best one has to be a card given by freddie mercury to his boyfriend jim hutton, signed 'to jim, with all my love, freddie' that was sent to me by jim when we exchanged letters for a while.

Oh, and i also have austin st john, the original red power ranger...

That has GOT to be worth money. Maybe more upwards of 5 or so years ago, but still worth money.

Great player but he is a fascist - I'm a hammers fan and I don't like him.

If you can't see the point in what I posted, then I fear further elucidation will fail.

However, here we go. Football fans have very little control who plays in the teams they support. They do have control over who they look up to and idolise.

Paolo di Canio is a self confessed fascist and lover of Mussolini. Enough said?

I idolise PDC the footballer, not PDC the fascist. In the same way that many on these boards are prepared to idolise Bob Marley the musician, and not Bob Marley the wife beater!

I used to have a Brian Clough autograph and a Nottingham Forest programme signed by all the European cup winning side, a letter from Lewis Collins (Bodie in The Professionals) and a postcard from Wattie of the Exploited.

Now all I possess is a letter from Graham Taylor and some autographs of Watford players.

Bob Marley didn't beat his wife on stage or suggest anyone else should be a wife beater.

Paolo di Canio makes Fascist salutes at football matches and promotes his Fascism through the media.

I've got a 1990 RAC Rally programme autographed by Juha Kankkunen - who crashed on the event, IIRC, a programme from a round of the British Touring Car Championship in 1994 signed by most of the drivers and a couple of signed copies of books.

signed copy of jamie reid's book, 'up they rise' or some such. don't really go in for signed stuff, though i've picked up a few books signed by the author. nothing else which really leaps to mind though.

but i think i'll get galloway to sign my copy of "i'm not the only one" at some point.

i have copies of a few HATE books signed by pete bagge when he made an appearence at page 45 in nottingham and a nice little souveneir pack from the first legal showing in this country of the movie LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT signed by david hess, who played the character krug, and also signed by TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE's gunner hansen. (leatherface.)
