What should I feed my crow on?

Mealworms are good, but real earthworms are better, can you do some digging Enid?

My friend has a crow in a massive aviary, they adopted and hand reared two of them when they fell out a nest and a rat was trying to kill them!:D

Brpwn bread sosked in milk they fed to them when they were babies, make sure it's brown, white bread's really bad for birds! :(

I dug up a lot of earthworms to put in my boyfriend's garden a couple of months ago. I don't know how quickly they reproduce, but I'll leave it a while.

I reckon your crow will be doing good on scraps - he's probably off the rest of the day canvassing the neighbourhood for bits now :D

I bet it's like that scene from Mary Poppins where the bird comes in the window and sits on her finger.

Enid – can you come and magically clean my room pls?

Dunno about that - I can boss you about like a twat, be rude to your parents, and bring dodgy cock-er-neys around though.

Coincidentally, I picked up a couple of rooks at the weekend. From the farmer's market. I might make them into a terrine along with the squirrel.

Serious? That's fucking amazing! Let us know how it goes.
I didn't even know rooks could be eaten.

*eyes up crowy*

When i was a kid we used to have a crow that came and sat on our kitchen windowledge. i'd go out and dig up worms and put them there for him (or her -woops, thexist  ) to eat.

think they might like catfood too or maybe my head is just boiled.

There's a crow who visits me most mornings. My bedroom window is at the side of the house, and if he sits on my neighbour's roof he can see in. When I leave my room in the morning he flies down onto my balcony and waits for me - brilliant or what?
He used to just hop around while I drank my coffee and checked urban, but I enjoy his company so have started giving him bits of food. I've tried feeding him cooked chicken, raw steak, coconut, melon, and a dead stag beetle I found (and was going to mount before he bloody nicked it ). He takes it all away, but I don't know what he actually eats and what's good for him.
I think he's quite young, as I didn't see him last year, and IME it's only really young animals who are that cheeky and unwary.
Any ideas?

Dead mice, and a small lump of shit.

Jackdaw, keep away from my back door
Jackdaw, don't build your nest round here no more
I think it's time that you flew
Nothin' left for you

Stole my money
Every cent
Seems that I've got to
Rent a tent
You've stolen half my life
Even stole my wife
