i mention the holocaust because everyone knows that it happened but yet some people seem to try and pretend that it didn't to suit their own agendas. i could be wrong, but i'm assuming that you're a catholic, but are in denial about the crimes of the catholic church.
as for facts, well you've had - but chosen to ignore - them and you've had your chances. given that you've obviously not got one good or sensible thing to say for yourself, I'll leave other people to judge this thread. i think most can see who has put up a rational argument and who has made himself look rather foolish.

There have been many more and most notably there was the Armenian Holocaust at the hands of the Ottoman Turks (with help from the Kurds). Of course hardly anyone mentions it, why do you think that is?

there are various reasons why some of these mass slaughters don't get mentioned. quite often when things are happening in other parts of the world it's easy to ignore them, and also sometimes when it's a country that doesn't directly affect us. i think a couple of the reasons why 'the holocaust' tends to outweigh everything else is that is was carried out by a regime that we were fighting and also the calculated horror of the whole thing. here was a regime that designed factories and processes for killing people. i think that tends to concentrate the mind.
