I think it's a small Turkish/kurdish food shop - I'm sure it's call gisum or something cos I sniggered. There is also a furniture shop in Edmonton called Kilum.

If pineapple juice was available, you could combine it with the coconut milk to make an approximation of Piña Colada ... though you really need a shot of rum too ...
