I think Morrisons deliver from a warehouse rather than a shop.I got a load of tubes of apricot facial scrub from Tesco once in error. I have a ton of allergy and immune related skin issues at the moment, so I wasn't going to touch the stuff. I let the delivery person know and he said it had already been refunded to an order that was delivered earlier (and had a bit of an "oh, so that is where that was" moment) so I could keep it - even though I didn't want it
I have to say that Morrisons beat Tesco hands down in terms of accuracy of orders, and availability of stuff. I have had 1 substitution over several months of ordering with Morrisons, and everything they say is in the delivery is in the bags. Very reliable service. Sometimes Tesco were substituting or simply out of stock for half of my groceries order, most weeks, and there was often stuff listed on the delivery chit but not delivered, resulting in me having to call them. (Christmas last year was when I ditched Tesco - as a plus customer booked a priority xmas delivery slot on 23rd December, but half of the items weren't available despite me ordering them in late November, which made the entire exercise pointless - I had to go out and do emergency shopping).
I usually use them too, but tesco sent a voucher and a 10p fuel discount...
