Consumed, Snuff, Mad Caddies, Swingin' utters, subhumans... Err... most of Fat Wreck's bands are worth a look. It's a bit hard calling them new mind you, since most of the decent bands around have been going for at least 10 years.
The Shocks from Berlin are pretty good. They're doing some gigs in London next week. '77 stylee with loads of energy, sometimes do a bizarre cover of Depeche Mode's 'New Life' though.

youth brigade,the unseen,leftover crack,teenage bottlerocket,beyond repair,mercy killers and blisterhead are all modern dayish and pretty good for today's standards.all can be found on myspazz..
seen blisterheads and leftover crack before live and both of them were decent.and for ska core, random hand (repping keighley ) and bogus gasman (repping catford).i've seen both of them live too and they were both fucking nuts.
