I like a slice of either tomato or cucumber in mine. Adds a nice touch.

If it's tomato, I use cheez-whiz (processed cheese spread) on my toast.

If it's cucumber, I use mayonaise.

But, I have no problem tossing a couple of pieces of bacon on plain white bread, rolling it up and munching away.

White bread. Butter or marge, don't care which. Not too much.
Ketchup.
Crispy smoked back bacon, no rind.
Then squeeze the finished article, a little.

Prefer brown sauce in a sausage sarnie.

Try soaking bacon in cider or ale for a couple of days before... Mmm...

Rind is foul, why the fuck would you want to eat it?

When I can I get this stuff... It's truly exquisite (plus, if you go to the shop at the right time, you can get offcuts for £1).
