Oh I went for all the most popular options except ketchup. What is wrong with you people who like ketchup on bacon? Ketchup is for chips, brown sauce is for meat.
 
very very crispy, white bread, butter, that's all you need really - maybe some brown sauce if i'm pushing the boat out like :)
 
Oh, and fresh tomatoes are better than ketchup. If no sauce then the bread must be buttered.

Toasted bacon and cheese sarnies ftw too.
 
The fat round the edges, basically.

Although I can manage it if it's crispy. But prefer it without as there's no guarantees that it will be.

yeah if i can tell it's still fat then it is rank and rubberio and bleeeurgh.

i like my bacon really crispy though so it's ok.
 
Bacon slow cooked, still a bit pink. Lower onto thickly buttered thick white bread, ketchup and bit of grated cheese. Nice cup of tea....MMMMMMMM
