What is your favourite meat?

i'm supprised by the lack of votes for pig. You can get so much out of them. So many diffenrent flavours, so much tasty fat.

pigs are ok.i think it's quite dry as a meat but bacon and sausages are tasty.i dunno i think i have it too often for it to be a favourite.

I had free range wild boar steaks for the first time the other night. They were tough, but SO tasty and flavoursome.

Yum yum yum. They were stuffed with black pudding too, and glazed with a stilton sauce.

It may have been the most delicious thing I have EVER eaten.
