What is your favourite meat and how do you like it served?

i prefer the NY strip, rib-eye or filet mignon...served medium with some type of potato and a green veggie.

a sauce is nice too but i'm not too particular with that

Beef and ale casserole with dumplings.

Roast beef (medium/well done-ish) with Yorkshire puddings, mustard mash, roast potatoes, roast parsnips, brocolli, horseradish sauce.

Melt in the mouth lamb shanks with red wine gravy, and mashed potatoes.

Jerk chicken or chicken curry with rice and peas and washed down with ginger beer.

Chicken makhani with pillau rice and garlic and coriander naan bread.

Roast duck and plum sauce with pancakes and a wee bit of cucumber, but not spring onions, I think I'd actually like to try some raw carrot in there too.

Gongbao jiding (kung pao chicken).

Roast turkey with cranberry sauce and veggie stuffing and all the trimmings, and especially Brussels sprouts.

Thai style hot beef salad.

Duck and Partridge are both good, as long as they're not over done.

My favourite: chuck steak minced and burger-shaped, cooked til it's slightly pink in the middle, served with bacon and monteray jack cheese, some lettuice, relish AND ketchup in a bun with a side of curly fries and a chocolate milkshake...can't beat it!

I also like rare/medium rare steak but it gets a bit boring without a decent sauce.

I forgot about jerk chicken. Proper jerk chicken too, none of that crap you get in the supermarket. The stuff that is done on a big oildrum charcoal grill with scotch bonnet peppers.

Fillet steak is the only steak I will eat. Best cut IMO.

Roast lamb
Rare steak
Chicken curry
Good quality sausages, grilled or in a casserole
Beef casserole
Roast chicken wrapped in bacon
A full fry-up or mixed grill
Bacon and lentil stew

It's all good.
