what is unnatural?

So to save me time: this is another thread where Max argues about the definitions of the words instead of the actual concepts themselves, contradicts himself wildy, declares himself the winner and then goes off to start another one?

so is there anything unnatural apart from human things? and are human things really unnatural or is that idea just a reflection of innate human arrogance?

Does it matter?

You're trying to judge things against two words that are fraught with problems.

Why not trying thinking about something in itself rather than playing some infantile game with the dictionary

You know what is pretty funny? Max starts talking about sex with animals at some point on quite a few of his threads.

;)

funny how that particular example was relevant across several different threads at the same time

or maybe im struggling with some deeply repressed latency issues :hmm:

personally, i dont see any reason to believe that sex with animals is unnatural

Ok, I'll bite. Let's assume we are able to reach a conclusion about whether sex with animals is 'natural' or 'unnatural'. Would that, in your view, affect how it should be regarded in society?

i dont know how anything 'should be regarded in society'

different societies regard things in different ways, in the society in which i currently live, explicit bestiality can be seen on display in many shop windows

but i am curious to know, what people (individuals) regard as being unnatural

do you think sex with animals is unnatural?
