What do people think of these? Cos I hate mags being on the floor! Are they a bit skanky? Maybe I'll put a wee shelf up! :D

1x Grumpy old Men, Christmas Cash-In Title (boring shit)
1x Classic American magazine ('63 Corvette, '55 Bel Air, '48 Plymouth somethingorother, '09 Hurst Challenger )

Err I think that's about it at the moment, should probably get some more mags.

Poo Weekly

Nah my bathroom is so small you couldnt fit a magazine in it, the mrs wouldnt have it anyway  so I just play games on my phone or again, read the backs of mouthwash bottles etc.

loads of old newspaper supplements (about to go)
a couple of zines
a homeless advicey magazine
herbalist ladybits healthcare pamphlet
buffy the vampire slayer script book :o

In the downstairs loo a load of those little penguin mini-books that came out a while ago plus a small picture book of kittens (it was a present, alright :o)

Upstairs The Observer - or possibly Guardian - Guide to Books, The Earth, the Body. The free ones that came with the papers. I think there may also be a musty old Nintendo mag up there too

I've got The Last English Revolutionary in there. Been meaning to finish the last, more boring chapters off so in the bog it goes. Bold Tom is locked in heated discussion with Sir Richard Acland about a spiritual element to socialism. Tom, the materialist, is having none of it

I'm only allowed to keep one book in there at a time now

Horrible Histories Vile Victorians
'Dial H for Heroes' written by China Mieville trade paperback
'Kai Lung Unrolls his Mat' by Ernest Bramah - old orange Penguin edition I found in a box of books left on my street full of onld Penguins plus weird religious tracts from the 1960s and 70s.

" weighs 7 stone" is one people have come out of the toilet and then gone on to have a converstaion about

It tends to stick in their minds because the first thought it inevitably prompts is 'I think I've had shits heavier than that...'

varies a lot, usually various mags (mainly heritage / railway) or local newspapers.
Also books for same subjects ...
currently - includes one on mine disasters in Northern England.
a couple of Star Trek fan novels (one graphic) and the Haynes "Enterprise" ... trying to find info for a plotbunny.
History of Time (I'm blaming OH for that !)

Probably TMI, but the need to sit and read depends on recent diet, which itself varies ...
