Jay-Z, I love. Beyonce, I respect. She doesn't endear herself to people at all, I don't think and I'm not quite sure why - the dead eyed ruthless ambition might be the most of it. Even Jay-Z rapped about her being obsessed with her career at the expense of everything else on Kingdom Come.
