I used to play the trombone, to a relatively competent level (orchestral/ensemble playing was my forte tho rather than jazz/solo stuff).

I'm a fucking sick countertenor as well but that's not an instrument as such.

i went to lessons for violin and flute, but didn't really learn to read music properly til I had singing lessons as an adult.

with the benefit of this ability, I have a peculiar desire to learn the melodica. I saw one in a shop window in edinburgh - it was pale blue and had a pale blue case. How brilliant?

(I did want to learn the Ukelele a while back, but everyone bloody plays them now. )

ive also dabbled in autoharp and nose flute and chanter...i like wierdy "other music" and hopefully will find the time for a musical get together with freinds in brighton soonish

i will get at least the melodica. as soon as i can afford it. which won't be very soon.

i hate being poor. i had to not buy scissor sisters tickets today, and i've never seen a more enjoyable live act. damned debts.
