What have you had/are you havuing for lunch today?

2 slices of proper, i.e. non-supermarket, smoked best dutch bacon from the shop at the end of the road, £2 for 6 hugely thick impossibly delicious rashers that don't shrink at all when you cook them, with beans on toast. I put a dollop of butter, a splash of worcester sauce, and a smidgen of scotch bonnet chilli sauce in the beans to jazz 'em up a bit. Tasty. Back at work next week so it'll be all healthy things for lunch from then on. Ah well.

same as yewsterday cos I really liked it: bagel with cream cheese, smoked mackerel fillet and cherry tomatoes

just off to raid the grapes now

I going to nip out to go to a Kurdish restaurant at the Highbury end of upper street who's name escapes me for lunch with a friend. Will have to choose between Dolma and the Beyti kebab. Yum.

I have a Chicken, Lemon and Coriander wrap for lunch

This is so nice, let me describe it:

Lemon & coriander chicken with fragrant Thai style dressing, crisp peppers and wild rocket wrapped in a chilli pepper tortilla.

mmmhh

would anyone like any xmas cake? I'm just off to the kitchen now to get some :D

No ta. I have just eaten a smoked applewood cheddar and onion marmalade toastie with mixed salad :)

*stuffed*

so far, a rice cake.

the choices are onion soup ( only 55cals a serving, therefore i can eat double :D ) with a couple more rice cake, and some grapes
or an egg or tuna (maybe both) green salad with red onions, no dressing. no idea about cals in this option but its healthier, more nutrients. with either a smoothie ( if i can be bothered to make one ) or a glass of full fat sugar coke which will cancel out any possible benefits from the entire meal:D

i am so indecisive, i think ;)

Peri peri chicken in a spinach ciabatta, followed by a chocolate chip muffin.

Now I am having a carbo snooze zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
