What have you cooked this week?

I've got to get some healthier cooking and eating done after my blood pressure and BMI results yesterday. :( I've had a tin of soup today for lunch and it was meh and I can't help thinking I could do so much better. Bit off topic but is there a soup thread running at the moment. My mind is a bit distracted and I've searched but can't find a soup thread. Is there one or can I fire one up?
 
Monday - gnocchi with sage butter and slow-roasted baby tomatoes, last night I made French onion soup with big slice of welsh rarebit floating in it. Tonight, it's roasted butternut squash with mushrooms and thyme, and I haven't decided what to serve it with yet.
 
So far.. dinner party on Monday and we had tomato and mozzarella salad, garlic bread, prsut (which is basically Dalmation prosciutto) and roasted vegetables and garlic. Plus filled pasta with pesto (was in a bit of a rush) and fresh fruit salad with creme fraiche. Washed down with a combo of red wine and sake!

Yesterday was my fav butternut squash and barley stew!

piri piri chicken, smoky paprika chips and a portobella mushroom

will cook gnocchi with a sage butter sauce and a cheese sauce
