Well fanta I'll think you'll find most socialist republicans (not sure if that includes Dilzybhoy) don't actually 'blame' the English working class for the sins of their rulers' empire. It's a matter of class as well as nation. So the Scottish boot boys who did the dirty work for an empire run by an English (and some Scots and even heaven forbid some Irish) elite aren't the problem.

Edited for honesty. If I was in Dublin I'd be taking a stand against gombeen nationalism and the vaunted success of the 'Celtic Tiger' by supporting the French. But I'm not so I won't, I'll be stood in an Irish/Tim pub in Swindon singing the Fields and pretending we have a chance
