What foods do you not like cos of its consistency?

Strawberries (it's the seeds)
Raspberries (it's the hair)
(I imagine gooseberries would be the same, but I've never had them).
Even when I did eat meat/fish/shellfish I refused to eat prawns, the idea disgusts me.

Semolina (I love custard and can stomach rice pudding)

I'm sure there's loads more.

Raspberries? Hair?

They got furry bits - little teeny hairs on them.

The funny thing is I used to buy a lot of over-ripe bananas - used to make a lot of crumble.

I think what turned me off bananas was the year I ate little else - '95 I believe - they were 27p a pound and my house was plagued with fruit flies.

Last weekend I was served pigs ear salad. The flavour was OK but the texture was dreadful. It was literally eating cartilage

Various yams and jerusalem artichokes ... sometimes they're a bit grey too ... I would guess manioc / tapioca is a bit grim as a staple - I had a bad experience with some "bullet" tapioca - maybe it still had cyanide in it ... though I quite like the traditional English type - and may have to get some now ...

got served smoked pigs nose, that took some eating. I kept seeing (not literally!) snot dribbling from it!

I love eating tinned sweetcorn on it's own but I gag if it's put into things like casseroles etc.
Same with peas, nice on their won but not in things.
