What food inspires you to blow chunks

if you saw how they make that vile fish sauce you'd never eat it again. basically they mash up shrimp and oysters and other seafood and put it in a brine solution with vinegar and salt. then they let it ferment (i.e. rot) for like three months in the sun. :mad:

I did actually know that....it's still great stuff but not as a salad dressing! :)
