What films would you choose to explain humanity to aliens?

The Sound of Music - good family values, sound morals, resistance of fascism, memorable tunes. Humanity at its best!

Henry V (the Olivier version) - for a bit of class like and also don't mess with any RSC/Shakesperian actors

Brief Encounter and all and other films from that era so they will all think we speak like John Gielgud. Even cockneys

Star Trek: First Contact - just to reaffirm the don't mess with any RSC/Shakesperian actors i.e. Patrick Stewart

Casino Royale (most recent version) - don't mess with Daniel Craig and THIS is what you should try and look like if you want to morph into human male form to seduce some human females

One of the Pink Panther movies - so they will think the French are amusing little fellows and possibly easy to conquer thus leaving the UK alone - not realising , of course, that Peter Sellers isn't french

Spice Girls:The Movie - these are our, and their, real enemies and should be hunted down and slaughtered

why are people opting to screen the aliens mostly apocalypic type movies?...surely they dont really depict the everyday human condition...just the human condition under an extreme circumstance and you dont really want to start giving them ideas of that nature, or do you?:hmm:

Loads of musicals - bit of gene kelly, fred and ginger and some child led sing alongs plus a heavy dose of MTV to convince the aliens that they should greet us using song and dance.

Out of Sight
I'd like something less violent, but it's a brilliant story about of love, confusion and compulsion.

Maybe LA Story for the funnier side
