The reality of what is called globilisation for the people is that they are impoverished, enslaved and their property is bought up for nothing by corporations. Their elected governments are controlled and dictated to. Whole countries become nothing but slaves to the elite.
You brush over this and offer up confused defences, such as, ‘its inevitable’, and bizzarely, ‘how can we stop people sharing information?’.
Perhaps this is all too abstract for you, in that we are at present still a wealthy country. We have not been so mis-treated by the process. Yet.
You ask me what alternative there is. Restore peoples property. Take them off the debt enslavement. Stop the enforcement and oppression of sovereign nations and peoples by the elite.
Our rulers are nothing but servents to these Bilderburg types. And no it has not always been so, not like this.

Give me an example of a single country that has been impoverished by the actions of groups like Bilderberg?
I can't think of one that was once rich and prosperous.. and is now a dusty wasteland because of this elite.
I can think of many that were impoverished by colonialism and other such imperial pretension.. but they were all long ago.. in the heady age you keep going on about....

I think there are lots of examples of globalisation causing poverty.
I'm no expert but Indonesia and Argentina come to mind.
John Pilger's The New Rulers of the World looks at Indonesia.
That's not the same thing as the bilderberg group, though. That's the key point.

In the corporate takeover of Indoneasia, (they had a meeting to plan it), who was there? Mr Bilderburger David Rockefeller. Who else? The oil companies, banks, the ‘giants of western capitalism’ etc. Yes it was a Bilderburg type deal. Pilger goes into it. They worked with their choice of Indonesian leaders.

Globalism is inevitable. Bilderberg hope to shape the process of globalism.

How is the process of globilisation in Indonesia as told in the linked documentary anything other than bad?
Perhaps we should define exactly what we mean by globalisation.. because I just can't work out why you keep asking this question.
Wiki defines it fairly closely to the way I do.

Oh and Monbiot wants these corporations regulated?
Regulated by whom? the NWO?
Yes. I don't think it is a literal slavery. But great numbers of them work for western corporations. They live in little huts, and earn about a dollar a day. They have no rights, and Pilger talks to various people who work a twenty four hour shift, have a two hour break and then do eight more. Others work sixteen hours without being allowed a break or to sit down while they work. That to me is like slavery. They have barely enough to eat, and some of them tell how they have less money for food than they used to. They work for companies like Gap, Reebox etc.

Eddy you claim that there once was a time that our Leaders weren't in thrall to these Bilderbergs. Do us a fucking favour, let us know when that was.
By the sounds of it, it's good old fashioned capitalism you've got an issue with. No sinister agenda here, just business as usual.
