

Still doesn't sound like you've eaten a huge amount to me. And that's not just cos I need the extra energy from being out on my bike all day - I would eat more often if I was in an office job but in this job I tend to eat large amounts infrequently.I've only been up for 3 and a half hours though!
Yeah i do drink loads of water, just forgot to mention it.
I just feel like a bit of a pig though, sitting at work munching and crunching constantly all day long, while everyone else in the office eats nothing but a sandwich or a bowl of soup for lunch.

Ahh I remember when I had these great little Spanish things, olives, peppers, chillis, gherkins and silver onions all pickled on a toothpick, that was good snacking
I can't find anywhere to buy them here though so I'll have to make my own![]()


I love to snack on pickles, especially gherkins (but i'll make do with pickled onions if needs be). They have so much flavour that a little bit gives you a big snack effect, and they're cheap, and they don't even have many calories

This has given me an almighty craving for pickles
e2a - other good pickle based snacking - those massive czech/polish jars with everything pickled, gherkin, cauliflower, pepper, spices, onion. Tasty.
