For me it's all about the vinegar...I like a lil biddy bit of salt and then a eyes watering amount of vinegar. I like to make my chips all soggy with vinegar.

peppercorn sauce by heinz - it is amazing with chips.

My sister has this and it's possibly the most anti-social food I can think of.

We're talking proper chips here remeber, not fries... think fluffy big bits of potato. Soggy fries are rank
