Generally the solicitors fees are a small part of what you pay. The searches can be hundreds of pounds, which is just the fee the local authority charges to allow you see if thy're planning to build a motorway through your house. If the actual solicitors fees are more than about £600, you may be able to get a better deal

I love Blackpool , was born in Preston and my sister lives in Wrea Green so travel back a lot. First holiday at the age of 3 was a guest house in Blackpool (after packing up the car in Preston!). Have been back well over 100-150 times since then. The downsides would be stag / hen dos , pissing , shitting, fucking , shooting up in your yard /garden , Roy Chubby Brown , seagulls and noisy bants . But apart from that sea air , cheap food booze , walks along the prom - Pleasure Beach annual pass (yeah) . The cheapest flat at the moment is offers over £19,995. Tempting ....
