Thanks to MissFran and Herbsmans advice on another thread Ive been making my own bread.Its ridculously easy and very satisfying.People in the lunch room at work have been making requests for loaves.

Chocolate quintessence cake - just an ordinary cake, but with 3 different kinds of chocolate broken into it before baking, plus cocoa powder replacing up to half the flour, and chocolate essence added.
