My forearms are quite a nice tan from being in a nice sunny place for awhile.
The top of my arms are a sort of pinky colour and the end of my dick is red with a bit of green. :)

And IME more black people have left Brixton than joined the area since then, (yeh it's purely anecdotal no links here!) property prices sky rocketing and people getting much for their buck in place like The Norwoods, Croydon, Thornton Heath and further afield have helped people relocate massively. :)

I seem to remember that when I looked up the census stuff a while back the pattern was that the poorer bits of Brixton (Vassall / Coldharbour wards) were getting more ethnically diverse (predominantly a growth in the black African and mixed race populations) - while the wealthier bits (including Ferndale) were getting a bit whiter. But overall the change is pretty small.

I suspect it's because there are some first generation West Indian residents cashing up and moving out to suburbs, replaced by new first generation immigrants from elsewhere in the poorer bits, and wealthier white residents in the richer bits.

but i know you chaps are all lovely, reasonable folk - maybe the op doesn't, so let's assure him/her:

If you can provide a link to reasonable (ie, not BNP data) which shows that contrary to the 2001 census, white people are no longer a majority in brixton, and/or that the population who identify as black are now in the majority, we'll be happy to be corrected.:)

I think when I last looked it up Coldharbour ward was the only non white majority ward (roughly 1/3 white british, 1/3 black african, 1/3 afro-caribbean). All the other Brixton wards are 20 - 40% non white (which in Lambeth is overwhelmingly people who would identify themselves as black).

I look like a Fruit Pastil-lolly.
