This recepie rocks. Really fresh tasting Saag Paneer. Loads better than any I've ever had at a resturant
Ingreedents
1/3 to 1/2 bulb garlic
Ginger. Wallnut size or smaller
Chillies. Not strong. I use green fat ones with seeds taken out - 4 is about right
2 - 3 Onions
Spinach (fill the wok to the top with it)
Paneer. Block, in money about £1.50 - £2.00 worth.
1 tomato, maybe
Nan bread. Heated with butter for extra yum
How to
Chop / fry Ginger / Chilli
Add chopped onions
Add chopped / crushed garlic
Optionally pre fry paneer so slightly brown or add now or just add as is now (2cm chunks)
Right at the end add spinach and optional chopped tomato
Maybe a little mild red chilli powder for colour
No additional anything required. Every flavour can be identified in this dish and the go together very well. I recon paneer cheese is fairly healthy.
