What can I do with some pilau rice?

I'm sure she's a lovely woman, but to flake her into rice and eat her doesn't seem right. maybe that's just me tho'.

my suggestion would be to have a rice and salad cream sandwich.

My kedgeree was very successful. I whacked the rice in the microwave, fried some spring onions and added in the cooked rice, a flaked mackerel fillet, a chopped hard boiled egg and some chilli powder and a knob (fnar) of butter.
