Something unusual, please

Last weekend my wife and I purchased some tubs of honey and ginger ice cream and some brandy snaps from a farm shop near the pub where we were camped. We stuffed the brandy snaps with the icecream when it had softened a bit. It was ******** lovely.

There is always an "Elephants Foot" that seems to be local delicacy.
VERY large light pastry lump filled with cream and covered in chocolate. Impossible to eat without making a mess.
