What are you having/have you had for your tea?

I've made a request to go to Nando's because I have an overwhelming desire for extra-hot peri-peri chicken

That means you're probably about to give birth or summat. :D

I've just had an old faithful - pasta with roasted veg in a mustard and cream sauce.

Bit of a rubbish tea, down to too much excess over the weekend, minimal supplies in the house, and a general couldn't be arsed to go out and buy more food. Chicken, broccoli and gravy. :( Willl go shopping tommorow and be a pillar of health / domestic goddess I promise!

That's what I'm trying to kick-start :) Just came back from Nando's, where I poured extra hot sauce on my extra hot chicken... and did I mention I had an extra hot curry yesterday? :D

We had a roast too - chicken, roast potatoes, carrots, leeks, broccoli (no courgettes!  :D ), bread sauce and mushroom gravy.

Followed by a nice cup of tea. :)

seriously running out of food here, so we had "breakfast chimichangas", a lyra invention consisting of cubed peppers and onion from the garden, fried with garlic then made into scrambled egg by the very technical chef's technique of breaking 5 eggs into the same pan and stirring it up. Found a smoked sausage at the back of the freezer so sliced and grilled it. Chucked it all into extra large flour tortillas with what was left of a piece of mozzarella, folded them up burrito style, then shallow-fried them in corn oil.

Pretty yummy actually but we now have no tortillas, no eggs, no meat, no cheese...I don't really think I can put it off any longer, grocery store this arvo. :(

roast chicken with roasted sweet potato, mushrooms, peppers, onion and garlic. and green beans (didnt roast them though)

yogurt and fruit for pudding.

eating a bar of chocolate now ( white green and blacks )

These are a few of my favourite things. You are a woman of sound sense, ftc.

Ah, but is chickpea and potato curry more commonly known by its alternate name in your house like it is in ours?

Fart fuel, that is :D

I'm rounding off the night with my home-made lemon sorbet. I'm eating way too much, but I feel a compulsion to finish it off :o

My flatmate made a really tasty stew out of black lentils, chorizo, parma ham, onions, potatoes, carrots and spices. It was delicious! :)

I made banana milkshakes for dessert.

I had a nice veggie salad, garlic bread and veggies and houmous earlier and that was meant to be my din dins.

Unfortunately I have a gigantuous powerlifter appetite so im ordering a pizza quick sharp :) Ohhhh the carbs!
