Rice, miso soup and tofu again. I'm sure this is massively good for me but I do want some jam now.
Cup of tea, buttered scone. Had to leave some scone as I was feeling sick
A boiled egg on 2 slices of buttered seedy bread with plum tomatoes and spinach. A camomile tea and some blueberries.
Stupid yoghurt, boring banana, crappy honey and fartface cinnamon. Want refined flour and refined sugar so fucking badly *cries* Had coffee, at least.
Potato salad, tomato and tuna.
Black coffee. Seedy rye bread with avocado, flaked smoked salmon coz it was reduced and lemon & ginger sauerkraut. No boiled egg coz I fucked up my breakfast routine over the weekend.
Protein shake and a banana after gym
Malted wheat pitta folds with cheese. Litre of water.

That's a relief, as I feared you were eating a fish that lived around 400mya. That might be a bit of a food poisoning risk.

I couldn't find straight Weetabix in the shops last week so I succumbed and bought banana flavoured. That was a mistake, it tastes of plastic banana which is gopping.
They do banana-flavoured weetabix? What is the world coming to.
Peanut butter and marmite on seedy toast (same slice ) x 2, black coffee, orange juice.
Bowl of grape nuts with almond milk and brown sugar. Coffee.
I dunno, I eat quite a lot of miso based meals and they're low in fat but miso is pretty salty.

Been six weeks since I had a Maccies breakfast despite working next to a Maccies. Quite proud of that.

Cinnamon porridge (something I eat fairly regularly and have definitely written on this thread before but autocorrect still suggested "cinnamon potatoes" first and yes I realise that by typing that out I've only reinforced autocorrect's belief that cinnamon potatoes are a thing )
