  4. Omlette with mushrooms, spring onions, tomatoes and some herby soft cheese. Unfortunately it didn't' hold together so it was more of a scrambled egg affair. Still fit though. Esp with a blob of chipotle bbq sauce

Another enforced "holiday" is it? That's what happens if you don't like macaroni cheese...

    Ooh that sounds great!

I had 2 slices of toasted soda bread with cheddar cheese and a very large coffee. Still my favourite.

  22. Yeah I really like this breakfast. We normally only make it on the weekend but we've got friends staying and got the day off so we thought we'd line our stomachs before getting hammered!

I'm getting used to having breakfasts after years of not. Today I had poached eggs on multiseeded toast with grilled trout that was reduced in the supermarket.

Sadly yes. Someone got in my way so I had to deal with them. I'll be out in about ten years. :(

You're a very wise person.

Yes. It has kept me from feeling hungry all day.

I'm finding the breakfast thing hard as it makes me sleepy and I'm just not used to digesting so soon after getting up.
Today I had a two egg cheese and watercress omelette with two slices of granary toast and a 3 shot aero pressed flat white. I had to have a nap after, I'd only been up for a couple of hours!!!

Veg soup with oatcakes to dunk.

Having a nap is a good thing - it means you can have a second breakfast a bit later.

Chard in a sandwich <3<3 Do you cook it with stuff?? They put chard in sandwiches in Italy. When I've had it it's been cooked with garlic and chilli. Sooo good.

Today I had toast and butter and coffee as I was in a hurry
