Toasted brown soda bread, cheddar cheese.
Mushrooms, spinach and some caramellised onion quiche. Some red grapes and 2 camomile teas.
sliced banana with cinnamon, chopped nuts, plain yoghurt, some rice krispies sprinkled on top and some more nuts sprinkled on top of all that. With coffee.
Then a rice cake and peanut butter.
Penultimate caraway seed bagel with last of the stracchino, bag of scampi fries, two coffees.
Yoghurt and goji berry granola. Fit.
Fried egg on toast today.
A pack of rice & quinoa with garlic and chilli oil. A couple of slices of wholemeal rye bread. Water.
Cumberland fish pie.
Porridge with a spoonful of rasberry jam and a milk dam this morning to warm me up.
Porridge with cacao nibs, blueberries and banana.
Some nice, not too sweet granola (Nature's Path - sounds like fash, I know), with added sesame seeds, cinnamon and raisins. Coffee.
This again. With a cuppa.
I had a bacon and fried egg butty with brown sauce. Mug of tea. A peach and 2 tangerines
Four croissants and a litre of orange juice.
A big bowl of porridge with brown sugar (yes...I know sugar is bad but I am a wanting) all in a milk moat ...
A boiled egg on a slice of seeded bread with cumin. Some spinach and a camomile tea.
That is almost an entire day's calories in one go
I had cheese and chipotle on toast.
Smoothie: oat milk, oats, raspberries, blueberries, cherries, banana, peanut butter.

How did I ever cope in the past just having 1 plain cereal for breakfast every morning
Scrambled eggs, black pudding, mushrooms and tomatoes on toast. Mug of tea.
Muesli with mixed seeds and raisins, then a packet of oatcakes for 2nd breakfast.
Seems to be office birthday week. Had lemon drizzle cake Tuesday morning, jam doughnuts yesterday and chocolate cake today.
Nearly didn't have room for a massive lunch
Kippers with toast. Mug of tea. An orange and a plum.
Ran out of yoghurt so back to porridge, berries and nuts. And then a stomach ache. Not sure if it's the berries, the nuts or the porridge, or all of them together
A pineapple, coconut & lime ice lolly, and a mango & pineapple ice lolly.
So w/ ham.
I'm meeting pals for breakfast and I'm going to have a big fry up.
Two boiled eggs. Large bowl of porridge with blueberries and Greek yoghurt. Spliff.
A pint of decaff coffee with turmeric, pepper, cinnamon mixed with oat milk and a spoon of my auld fellas honey and a dirty big cheese omelette
OH said he's making scrambled eggs and tea. I'm still waiting
