My online shop failed to turn up two days in a row so we improvised: fried rice with a tiny bit of leftover vindaloo, black chick peas and extra onion and garlic. It was well nice! Coffees, lots of coffees too.

Two crumpets, too much butter, not actual marmite marmite.

Big mug of strong tea because although Poland has English breakfast tea you can never get it strong enough.

    I love crumpets!

A big mound of veg with butter/oil is surprisingly lovely for breakfast. Fills you up and is cheap.

Second breakfast is chicken jalfrezi with pilau rice.

They're lovely, but always make me feel sick once I've finished the packet. :(

There must be some magic number that doesn't make you feel sick - possibly leaving the last biscuit in the pack means everything will be fine. :hmm:

Naturally. It's like the 20th drink the night before that you can blame everything on, while the 19 previous ones were completely innocent.

I had Greek yoghurt and stewed plums. Leaving space for huge, impending lunch
