Overnight oats with cacao nibs, blueberries & banana.
Buttered potato cakes. Bottle of Irn Bru.
Two "Chelsea buns", coffee.
Regretting not having more unhealthy food in stock.
Quorn sausages, some bread I baked yesterday and bean. I was nice, but what I actually wanted was bacon.
Poached eggs and fried mushrooms on grainy toast. Mug of tea. 2 oranges.
I'm trying a weird one for tomorrow. Kefir with bananas and turmeric blended and then leaving my chia seeds in overnight. Should be good if it works.

Trying out the marmalade I made last week on yesterday's home made sourdough (white for a change). Coffee.

Just a cup of tea today. I'm making a big lunch and am trying to lose a few pounds.

Second breakfast of tomato, red pepper & Wensleydale soup, with spelt cakes to dunk.
Freshly cooked croissants and a milky coffee. The smell of croissants baking, and the sound and smell of the coffee, is better than bacon. Sometimes.

Not homemade - it was a Yorkshire Provender one.
