Bacon....lots of it....two eggs ....grilled tomatoes.

PB on brown toast, fruit, coffee, painkillers.
A litre of Irn Bru.

Smashed avocado with garlic, lemon and pepper on sough dough toast.
I then ruined the classy eating by having Richmond sausages for lunch.
Hangover food. 4pork and onion sausages, a tin of beans and a slice of seeded toast with butter. Going to make a 2nd cup of tea with milk and sugar and sup the rest of the carton of orange juice.
Half a dozen very large scrambled eggs on seedy bread. Pint of Irn Bru. Green tea.
Pint of coffee...two slices of toast and marmite
Mushrooms, cavolo nero, spinach and 2 black tea. Will have a pear and a red apple soon.
half a squeezed orange, porridge with blueberries and sliced strawberries on top, coffee. And a rice cake with peanut butter. VERY full now.
I was running late this morning, so...banana, peach, passion fruit smoothie. Mug of tea.
Just had a Danish pastry from the butty woman and some Pringles.

Sainsbury's wholemeal bread, toasted. I don't think they've changed the recipe since I worked in their bakery as a student. Takes me right back.
One and a half slices of toast with butter, pal had the other half, loads of black tea. Was still hungry so went to the shop and bought a microwave cottage pie and half a carton of orange juice. Barbie soon at volunteering so will get fed properly there. Suns shining, cant wait.
