What are you having for breakfast?

Avacado is on my list of stuff I couldn't eat for breakfast. Curry and the other spicy food yes, but slimy stuff no.

I'm leaving work early and might skip lunch so I'm thinking of having a fry up in our canteen - eggs, beans, sausage and hash browns :)

ETA - changed my mind and got some overcooked cumberland sausages, brown sauce and a crusty roll...nom nom

Massive bowl of museli, with fresh blueberries and bannana on top
And just had a giant chocolate macaroon thingy from the work canteen.
I'm now thinking about my lunch!
Cold weather makes me bloody starving :D

Two weetabix with a small spoonful of sugar and semi-skimmed milk.

Though tomorrow I may treat myself to a couple of crumpets with only a little bit of marg (in case the dietician is reading this :o)

Bought some lovely sausages yesterday. So I'm going to be having sausage sarnies. Can't decide on brown sauce or mustard though.

I had beans on toast, big thick crusty batch loaf slices, with organic butter, but the butter was too hard man it was too hard, so I had to cut a bit off and put it on top of the beans, and I ground some pepper on top as well

I had half a toasted wholemeal pitta with hummous, a boiled egg and a cup of tea, which is pretty much exactly what I have every day (small variations on freak days).

Actually though, this morning was a bit different cos I ran out of hummous just before my pitta bread was finished. :(

Branflakes today - it's cereal every day for me, but I have two different kinds on the go every week for a bit of variety. The porridge season is upon us, too. :)

No pumpkin that must be a relief...

Yes! :D

Especially seeing as how I've got it for lunch and for dinner.... :(

Anyway...

I had half a toasted wholemeal pitta with hummous, a boiled egg and a cup of tea, which is pretty much exactly what I have every day (small variations on freak days).

...today was a freak day cos I had grapefruit juice and fizzy water instead of the tea. :hmm:

Used all the sausages in the sarnies, and they were fucking lovely. Went for a touch of mustard.

After that I'll have to go for something healthy. So a big bowl of porridge, and a really strong coffee.

3 more Weetabix with full fat milk and a glass of pasteurised milk. Cup of tea - milk no sugar - ten to fifteen minutes later.

Double espresso cappuccino, and a phat slice of... er... I can never remember if it's panacotta or pancetta

e2a: panettone, even :o :D
